An Etsy idea: a tiny Halloween printable suite
Explore one original party suite with matching favor tags, place cards and a mini sign. Treat it as a small product experiment, not a promised bestseller.

Make the offer specific
Choose one audience, such as a host planning a pastel Halloween craft night for six adults. Create your own matching designs for a welcome sign, food labels and favor tags. Avoid franchise characters, brand logos and copied illustrations.
Design for the buyer’s printer
Supply US Letter and A4 PDFs with comfortable margins, a low-ink option and an instruction page. Print every file at 100% before listing. Explain whether files are editable and which software, if any, is required. A PDF does not automatically become an editable template.
Test one complete set
Print the actual files, cut them, write on the labels and photograph the finished suite. Ask two potential users to explain what they think they receive. If they cannot tell whether the product is physical or digital, revise the first image and description.
Write a useful listing
State the file formats, page sizes, number of designs, included instructions, permitted use and delivery method. Use a descriptive title based on the actual product. Set support expectations and explain that no physical item is shipped. Do not claim proven demand without evidence.
Use AI within the rules
Etsy allows seller-prompted AI creations with disclosure in the listing description, but its Creativity Standards exclude AI prompt bundles. Original digital designs must be yours to sell. Review the current linked rules and the licenses for every font and asset before publishing.
Start with one beautiful, usable set. Learn from real questions before adding twenty variations.
