Make a little day of it

With a toddler

Choose a caregiver-stays session, ask about materials and cleanup, and plan around the child’s usual rest time. Bring a change of clothes and allow an easy exit.

With the whole family

Pick a project that offers different jobs: choosing colors, painting, assembling and photographing. Check whether every participant needs a ticket and when finished pottery can be collected.

For a maker afternoon

Confirm orientation, age and library-card requirements before bringing a file or materials. Start with one small project so there is time to learn the equipment.
