Little ghost corner bookmarks
A friendly little face to save your place in a favorite book.

STARTER GUIDE · AWAITING MAKER TESTING
Let’s make something lovely.
- 01
Cut a 6-inch square. Fold it diagonally into a triangle and lay it with the long folded edge at the bottom and the point facing up.
- 02
Fold the left and right bottom corners up to the top point. Crease, then unfold those two corners.
- 03
Fold only the front layer of the top point down to the middle of the bottom edge. This makes the opening of a pocket.
- 04
Bring each bottom corner back up, then tuck its upper tip down inside the pocket. Flatten the folds gently.
- 05
Draw two eyes and a tiny mouth on the front. Keep ink away from the inside surface that will touch book pages; let it dry.
- 06
Slide the pocket over a page corner. Test with scrap paper first; loosen tight folds rather than forcing it over a book.
Use ordinary paper for the first sample; heavy cardstock makes the pocket bulky.
Make it personal
