Choose a dark pen, a clean rectangle of paper and one repeated accent. That can be a complete gift-tag design. The pack offers readable labels rather than complicated shapes that promise more than they deliver. Set out a simple version for anybody who would rather write than cut. A no-printer version is the same information copied onto paper you own.
Tick the materials you have, then check that they are usable and sufficient for the actual packages. The studio suggests sharing ratios, not exact consumption. Borrow a pair of scissors, use a prepared bag or choose a knot instead of assuming everybody must buy a dispenser. Keep knives, hot glue and powered tools out of this starter session.
A print preview cannot test adhesive strength, drying time or your printer margins. Make one sample, check the paper and allow the adhesive label’s full drying time. These are planning pages and hand-cut labels, not tested Cricut files. The friendly story is a rescued scrap or a funny shop name—not an unearned claim that every maker will finish on schedule.
Build a plan, then save, copy or print it. Nothing is sent to guests automatically.

Print on Letter or A4 at 100% / actual size. Turn browser headers and footers off; test one page first. Print styles remove navigation and use a low-ink layout. These are print-and-hand-cut pages, not cutting-machine files.
