Let’s make something lovely.

1. 01

   Choose a die that fits within the front of your blank card. Cut a backing rectangle slightly smaller than the card front.

2. 02

   Build the plate sandwich specified by your machine and die manufacturer. Do not force an overly thick stack.

3. 03

   Cut a large label or circle from one color and a smaller shape from another. A single contrasting shape works well too.

4. 04

   Arrange the layers before gluing. Keep enough space for a short handwritten greeting.

5. 05

   Glue flat layers first and press gently while they dry. Write your message and check that the finished card fits its envelope.
