Fold a little Christmas keepsake
Simple paper spheres with a soft ribbon loop.

Let’s make something lovely.

Download the circle template. Print at actual size and use it to trace eight circles, each about 3 inches across. Cut them out.

Fold each circle exactly in half, with the chosen color facing inward. Make a sharp crease.

Glue one outer half of a folded circle to the outer half of the next. Repeat until the eight circles form an accordion-like stack.

Fold a length of ribbon into a loop. Secure its ends along the center spine with glue and allow it to hold.

Bring the first and last paper halves together and glue them. Spread the sections gently into a sphere. Allow the adhesive to dry fully before hanging.
This creates an eight-section paper sphere, a simpler construction than the honeycomb ornaments in the inspiration photograph.
